I had a hard fought 8th place finish in a bass tournament Sunday. So I decided to get a massage today at Hand Over Stress in Augusta, GA to ease my aching muscles. My theraputic technician ended up being a nice lady named Kay. Kay advised that she was a new hire to Hand Over Stress but was experienced and trained in theraputic massage. Well as the session started we talked about life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, music, raising kids, teaching, business, church, and God. At some point during the session I was led to tell her "Don't settle." I didn't know where it came from but I ended up telling her that approximately 3 times during the 90 minute session. After the third time she told me that she knew what it meant and where it should be applied in her life.

After thinking about it later on, I realized that some messages that God gives us to give to others aren't meant for us to know what area in their lives the application is for. Read that four times and you'll get it...eventually.

The session was great and my muscles were so relaxed that I could have fought a shark while laughing. If you're in Augusta, GA look up Kay at Hand Over Stress and tell her I sent you. If you're not in Augusta go somewhere before the year is out and get a 90 minute "theraputic" massage. Not the ones where there is possible jail time associated with the "ending".
